I recently stayed at Chelsea Gardens for a quick overnight stay before an early morning flight. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing a quick check-in and fast checkout. They even upgraded my room to a high floor with a balcony as I had requested. The location was quiet and conveniently located near a mall and metro station. I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Dubai. Highly recommended.

Nosotros elegimos este hotel por su excelente ubicación, ya que está cerca del centro de la ciudad y nos permitió desplazarnos fácilmente a pie. Además, pudimos dejar nuestro coche estacionado fuera de la zona azul sin problemas. El hotel también ofrece parking concertado por un precio razonable. Las instalaciones del baño, aunque algo anticuadas, funcionaban correctamente y estaban limpias. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda, con armario grande, minibar y escritorio. También nos gustó que tenían cortinas de oscurecimiento total, lo cual nos permitió descansar muy bien. Nos llamó la atención la amabilidad del personal, que estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades, especialmente las de nuestro pequeño. En general, el hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas y tuvimos una estancia agradable.

We recently stayed at this hotel and were extremely impressed with the level of quality and comfort provided. The location of this place was perfect, situated in a calm area with excellent transportation facilities. It was close to the city center and a short distance to the Ibn Batuta Mall, making it convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The staff, especially James at the reception desk, were incredibly courteous and provided professional service. They were always prompt in attending to our requests and made us feel truly valued as guests. The hotel amenities were also remarkable, with spacious and soundproofed rooms that included a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The on-site restaurant served delicious food and the fitness center was a great added bonus. we were highly impressed with the level of service and amenities provided at this venue.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

Everything was good. Cleanliness, location, and staff were all great. The hotel staff, especially Mr. James, Ms. Geli Ann, Mr. Rafi, and Mr. Elvis, were excellent. The room facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness was impeccable. The check-in and check-out process was easy and efficient. The staff was trustworthy as they kept an item we forgot in the room. Additionally, there were nearby establishments such as a pharmacy and grocery store that were easily accessible.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for me as it was away from the busy city center and allowed me to easily explore Discovery Gardens. The hotel is surrounded by all the amenities I needed, such as a mall, supermarket, and pharmacy. The staff here were really nice and friendly, always ready to assist me with any requests I had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel even offered services like room service and car hire, which added to the convenience of my stay. I would definitely return to this fabulous hotel in the future!

The only downside was that the hotel didn't provide any evening entertainment. However, it was easy to hop in a taxi and head to Jumeira to experience the vibrant nightlife there.

Spent a fantastic Easter at this hotel apartment. the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. the location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a shopping center within walking distance. a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the unreliable internet access in my room, which was inconvenient as I needed to do work from my room. I hope this issue will be resolved by my next visit.
