Our stay at Cheval Maison - The Palm was exceptional. The receptionist, Mohammad, provided exceptional service with a fast check-in process and even offered us water. His colleague, Aditya, went above and beyond by delivering our luggage to our room before we even arrived. The hotel management also impressed us with their attentiveness. We were originally planning to check out on the 15th, but due to the incredible service we received, we decided to extend our stay for two more nights. The luxury and cleanliness of the property definitely deserve a 5-star rating.

While the hotel is new and still in the process of opening fully, it would have been helpful to know that breakfast was not available at the property. However, there are coffee and tea facilities in the room and a nearby café just 30 meters away.

The hotel is new and very clean. the rooms are big and well-equipped, with high-quality furniture, dishes, and cosmetics. the location is great, close to a mall, metro, and private beaches.

Since the hotel is new, there is no breakfast available yet. hot water was not available in our room during the first night, and the staff was not very effective at solving the problem.
