Our stay at Cheval Maison - The Palm was exceptional. The receptionist, Mohammad, provided exceptional service with a fast check-in process and even offered us water. His colleague, Aditya, went above and beyond by delivering our luggage to our room before we even arrived. The hotel management also impressed us with their attentiveness. We were originally planning to check out on the 15th, but due to the incredible service we received, we decided to extend our stay for two more nights. The luxury and cleanliness of the property definitely deserve a 5-star rating.

While the hotel is new and still in the process of opening fully, it would have been helpful to know that breakfast was not available at the property. However, there are coffee and tea facilities in the room and a nearby café just 30 meters away.

Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. The location was incredibly convenient, with the Nakheel mall right next door, providing easy access to shops and dining options. The room was spacious and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We especially appreciated the friendly and helpful reception staff, who made our check-in process a breeze. The pool was a great spot to relax and unwind. Additionally, the apartment had a well-stocked supermarket on the ground floor, making it even more convenient for families with kids.

The hotel's restaurant was not open during our stay, but this didn't have a significant impact on our overall experience.

The value for money at Cheval Maison was exceptional, with spacious and beautifully furnished rooms. The location in the middle of The Palms, next to Nakheel Mall, was perfect and the staff, especially Mohammad and Aditya, provided exceptional service with a warm and friendly approach.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel on The Palm. From the moment we arrived, the exceptional service fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and the attention to detail was unparalleled. The staff, particularly Mohammed and Aditya, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and they offered complementary coffee as we waited. They even provided discounts for a friend's room and additional nights. We loved the beautiful outdoor pool and sun loungers, plus the poolside snack bar offered tantalizing treats.

While our stay was mostly perfect, we did have one minor issue. The hotel lacked private facilities that were expected from a 5-star venue.

Wonderful addition to the area, with spectacular apartments and great attention to detail. Reception and manager were terrific, while the concierge arranged a lift to the airport. Can't wait to return and would recommend to everyone. Fab value for money. Thank you team! 🌟

The staff is exceptional, especially Mohammad and Aditya, who provided fast check-in and excellent service during our stay.

Since the hotel is new, there is no breakfast available yet. , hot water was not available in our room during the first night, and the staff was not very effective at solving the problem.
