The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and the staff, especially the friendly and helpful Filipino lady at the reception, made my stay comfortable. The hotel provides a peaceful environment, with no noisy bars or clubs to disturb your sleep. Families will especially appreciate the Bluetooth connection in the rooms, allowing for easy connection to the TV.

During my transit stay at The City Avenue hotel in Dubai, I was impressed by its close proximity to the airport, just 4 km away, and the convenience of the nearby Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro station made exploring the city a breeze. The hotel's strategic location made it the perfect base for my short stay, allowing me to easily access the popular attractions and the heart of Dubai.

The only minor inconvenience I encountered during my stay was the issue with the bathroom tap water, which was unexpectedly hot even when set to the cold position. Despite reporting the problem, it remained unresolved, making it challenging for my family and I to enjoy comfortable showers, especially during Dubai's scorching August weather.

We loved how close this place was to the airport and the metro. We also appreciated the proximity to Lulu Hyper market as we could easily grab anything we needed. The service here is amazing with staff on every request, and the receptionist and FB manager were especially great. The facilities are top-notch with a fitness centre and 24-hour room service available. We also liked that the rooms had ironing facilities, mini-bar, soundproofing, and free toiletries.

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Can honestly say, nothing.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the modern and clean room. the breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the complementary coffee and tea. the hotel was located only 10 minutes away from the metro station, which made it easy to explore the city. We particularly liked the advantage of having a swimming pool where we could relax and soak up the sun.

We have to say that the location was not ideal, as it was situated in a district that was not very clean and a bit off-putting. the shower in our room made a loud sound that was not pleasant at all, and we could hear guests from other rooms using their showers too.

We had a great experience at City Avenue. We checked in late at 2am, but our room was ready and the staff was very cooperative. the room was spacious and clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. We enjoyed the convenient location, with LULU center next door and a delicious Afghan food place across the street. the hotel facilities were neat and tidy, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the price was definitely worth it!

For us, it was the ideal stay! 😊
