Great location, super close to Deira City Centre mall and easy access to metro! Housekeeping was on point, keeping things tidy. The rooftop pool was beautiful and a great place to chill out!

Had a bit of a hiccup with the A/C, it wasn't as cold as I'd hoped. Also, would be awesome if the breakfast had more variety.

the check-in process was an absolute mess, I waited forever. Then, I was given a room that didn’t even match what I booked. and I almost forgot, no ironing board was available, so I left looking like I had just rolled out of bed, I couldn't possibly give more than 3 stars.

We had a great time enjoying the rooftop pool that gave us incredible views of the city.

It wasn't exactly a bargain , but for the comfort and perks we got, I think it was still worth it.

The room's maintenance was lacking!!! Dim lighting in the second floor room, no main lights, and no sockets for charging devices!!! The mini bar was not operational, and the noise from wardrobe doors was annoying!!! Improvements needed!!!

Check-in was a hassle. I arrived late after a long flight, and the front desk insisted I wait until morning for assistance. The staff seemed indifferent to my situation, leaving me very frustrated.

Traveling from Rome means I appreciate warm hospitality and tasty food. I would definitely consider returning.

I really enjoyed my 16 nights here, especially how the housekeeping always kept my room looking fresh, and the lovely lady from Morocco at reception was super friendly! The rooftop pool and the spa were perfect spots for chilling out after a long day. The fridge in my room wasn't working, but it didn’t impact my stay much. Pro tip, try the breakfast—it’s pretty decent! 😊
