The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, which was important to me as I needed rest. I also loved the breakfast and the hospitality of the African gentleman on the night shift. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a cafeteria at the back that operates 24/7. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with complimentary water, tea, and milk. The highlight of our stay was the fantastic pool area, which was clean and relaxing. Additionally, there was a 24-hour restaurant nearby, and the taxi ride from the airport was quick and affordable.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel - it's a great value for money. The rooms are equipped with all the basic amenities you need, including a balcony. I also liked the location - it's in a very quite place in a very good area, with the Metro nearby getting to Downtown Dubai easily. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service. Breakfast on the 01st morning was also provided for the right price and had good variety.

This hotel is an excellent choice due to its location that is very close to the airport, city center mall, and Deira City Center metro station which makes accessing other areas in Dubai very easy. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and come stocked with toiletries with towels changed daily. Service is exceptional with the receptionist Janine going above and beyond. The availability of facilities like the gym is a nice perk to enjoy.

The lighting in the room can be improved to be a bit brighter so that you can see better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to a suite, check-in was fast, and we were greeted by a bellboy who helped with our bags. The staff even called us to make sure we were enjoying our stay and asked if there was anything else they could do to help. The location was perfect for our short layover near the airport. The front desk staff were very helpful, and the pool, although small, was clean. The renovated room was great for two people and was taken care of by the amazing staff at the reception and housekeeping.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to Creek Park and offers easy access to the main International Airport. The staff at the hotel were very kind and helpful, even granting a late check-out when requested. The room itself was spacious, with a very big bed that provided a comfortable sleep.

One negative aspect of the hotel was that some guests experienced issues with the cleanliness of the room, such as stains on the carpet and burn holes in the bed sheets.

Spending my Xmas holiday here was the best decision I ever made! the location was perfect, just a short distance from the airport and nearby malls. the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming, offering cool drinks and towels on my arrival which was a lovely touch. the breakfast was buffet style, with a wide range of delicious foods to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at this centrally located hotel. City Seasons Hotel provided great value for money and was conveniently close to the Airport, City Centre Mall, and Al Rigga St. The concierge staff, particularly Sadik and Johnathon, were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to assist us. The renovated rooms on the 1-5th floors were comfortable and the hotel had one of the best WiFi speeds in the city. The swimming pool staff were also very kind and accommodating. it was a very clean hotel with a perfect location in the heart of the city. The staff were polite and always ready to ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast selection was good, although we didn't try the restaurant for evening meals. We highly recommend this hotel.
