Staying at this hotel was a great experience! the staff went above and beyond to support me during a challenging situation, offering contactless meal deliveries and efficient contactless payments. the kindness and professionalism of staff members like Somna and Kashif were outstanding. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw away from the Mall of Emirates, making it super convenient to explore the city and access public transport like the metro. the amenities, including the club, sports bar, and coffee bar, were enjoyable.

The travel desk arranged my car rental seamlessly, making my exploration of the city stress-free. Plus, the gym had modern equipment, ideal for a quick workout session.

The Citymax hotel Al Barsha at The Mall Dubai was ideally located, close to the Mall of Emirates and other top tourist attractions. The rooftop swimming pool and modern gym facilities were impressive and made it easy for me to stay active while traveling. The concierge staff, especially Deepak, provided exceptional service and were always available to assist with travel arrangements.

Room service also fell short, but the nearby restaurants provided plenty of alternative dining choices.

i had a great time staying at the Citymax for 15 days. the staff, especially ms rita and ms zara, were extremely helpful. the breakfast served was delightful, and the housekeeping, led by mr kisito, was impressive. the location is amazing, just a short walk to mall of emirates.

During my recent business trip to Dubai, my director chose Citymax Hotel Al Barsha At The Mall for our accommodations. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its convenient location and impressive amenities. The small fitness center was equipped with basic cardio and weight machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while away from home. I appreciated the efficiently equipped gym, which included weights and a treadmill, providing me with the opportunity to stay active during my stay.

The Size of the Room is very small for a family and the bed of the baby was not comfortably.

the location was perfect, with easy access to all amenities and a vibrant atmosphere. the room was clean and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. the cleaning staff were friendly and did a great job. I appreciated their efforts, although there were a few instances when they forgot to put my valuables in the safe, fortunately nothing was lost. Can't recommend highly enough.

We were so close to all the hotspots like Dubai Creek and Burj Khalifa. Plus, the hotel is near the Palm Jumeirah, so beach days were epic. The free shuttle to Jumeirah Beach was clutch too. The hotel was super convenient for our squad's Dubai adventure!

It would've been sick if the hotel had a cool rooftop pool or bar for us young party animals to chill and vibe out after a day of exploring.

I recently stayed at Citymax Hotel Al Barsha for a week while on a business trip. The location was perfect, with easy access to the mall and 24-hour supermarkets nearby. The staff was professional and friendly, and the services provided were amazing. I especially want to mention Issa, the waiter at Maxx Bar, who was attentive and provided excellent guest interaction. The hotel also had its own private parking, making it convenient for those with rental cars.

I always choose this hotel; they helped me with early check-in once. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour room service, fitness studio, rooftop pool, laundry. I'm coming back for Easter.
