Great location, close to Dubai Mall and Jumeirah Beach. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Bell boy Umesh and Receptionist Sagar. Safe and comfortable atmosphere with responsible security service. Minimart in front of the hotel adds convenience.

Some of the reception staff had trouble understanding English, which caused a bit of confusion. I also had some issues with the size of the bed, as it was not suitable for taller individuals like myself.

The bed was comfortable and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. The hotel lobby was inviting and offered free water. The on-site restaurant and beer bar were perfect for leisure evenings and the food and beverages were delicious.

During my stay, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Indonesian restaurant "Wok". The food was delicious, and the service was fantastic, especially in the bar area. The location was also perfect as it was in the center and easily accessible within 5-10 minutes with a taxi. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was in excellent condition. I also appreciated the hotel staff's exceptional customer service and the delicious breakfast that they provided. Additionally, the pool was a perfect place to unwind after a long day and had a reasonable size and nice view.

The rooms were spacious with a beautiful view. The housekeeping was good, but they didn't clean the open bottle of water we left behind. The location was convenient, and the staff did their best to make our stay pleasant, although the breakfast service was a bit strange. we had a good experience and would recommend this hotel.
