I recently stayed at a hotel in Ras Al Khaimah that was so conveniently located - I could practically roll out of bed and be at the Mall of the Emirates! The staff were like social butterflies, buzzing around happily suggesting things to do. My room was so comfy, I kept snoozing on that inviting double bed. And let me tell you, the rooftop terrace and gym were the cherry on top. Can't wait to go back for another round of exploration! 🌴

Staying at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was overall a pleasant experience. The receptionists were welcoming and the room, though not overly spacious, had all necessary facilities. The bus service to the beach and malls was convenient, and the view of the city was lovely. The pool area with a view and close proximity to landmarks like Khozam Park and the National Museum added to the family relaxation and exploration experience. The only downside was the difficulty in retrieving a forgotten item post-stay.

stayed at the Citymax recently and had a wonderful experience. the staff, particularly Nana and Jukarta, were friendly and went above and beyond for my birthday, surprising me with balloons and cake. the location is convenient, with shopping malls nearby and a pleasant walking spot across the creek. the rooms were clean, the check-in/out process was smooth, and the buffet offered delicious multi-cuisine meals.

A truly delightful feature of this hotel is the rooftop pool. My experience by the pool was akin to being in a scene from a glamorous movie with the stunning view and the soothing ambiance. It was the perfect spot to unwind and make amazing memories with friends.

The homemade ice cream was a local legend! Shoutout to Ms. Veronica Lomboy for a warm welcome; the hotel's cleanliness and prime location were top-notch! Naeem Mall and Manar Mall are a stone's throw away. Cons: Tiny room snafu aside, the off-road basement entry needs sprucing up. Food at the hotel lacked flavor, but fear not—nearby joints like Cafe Bateel and Slider Makers are ready to tease your taste buds!

The room was so cozy and comfortable with a double bed that felt like a cloud. The air conditioning was just right, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

The refrigerator in the room was a bit noisy.

The hotel facilities for business travelers were top-notch, breakfast hit the spot, and the staff were super helpful, especially Veronica who gave awesome suggestions for places to shop. Shoutout to the chef, server, and F&B manager for catering to my son's food allergies; they went above and beyond to make our meals delicious. Ramesh the room attendant was on point with keeping things tidy, and the manager's check-ins were a nice touch. Rooms smelled a bit smoky, but overall a stellar stay 🌟.

I especially enjoyed the Filipino food package, which was delicious and offered generous servings. it was a great place to stay while traveling, and I look forward to returning soon.

I also appreciated the covered parking and the complimentary coupons for discounts.

One improvement suggestion would be to provide separate shampoo, soap, and conditioner in the bathrooms instead of an all-in-one product. the bed in the room was a bit small for my liking.
