The location of the apartment was excellent, just a 7-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The kitchen in the apartment was fully equipped and the property was spacious. There is also a 24-hour supermarket, cafe, and restaurant in the same building. The customer service was very good throughout our stay.

One issue we encountered was the cleanliness of the apartment, as there were cockroaches in the kitchen, living room, and toilet. Additionally, the furniture, especially the sofas, were old and the beds were smaller than expected.

The location of the apartment was unbeatable, just steps away from Dubai Mall, the fountain, and Burj Khalifa. It was so convenient to be able to walk to all these iconic landmarks. having a supermarket right below the apartment was incredibly handy. We were able to easily pick up groceries and essentials without having to travel far. Another advantage was the spaciousness of the apartment. It had a large kitchen and ample living space, making it feel like a home away from home.

The cleanliness of the apartment left something to be desired. When we checked in, the floors were dusty and the carpets had crumbs.

We had an amazing stay at these luxurious apartments near the famous Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. As a family with two children, we found the apartment to be spacious and perfect for our needs. The hosts and managers were extremely polite and always available to answer our questions through WhatsApp, ensuring we had a seamless experience. The location is central and outstanding, with Dubai Mall and its breathtaking fountain just a short 10-minute walk away. Additionally, all our taxi trips to visit friends in different parts of the city were less than 15 minutes. We even had the chance to visit Kite Beach, which was only a 10-minute drive away. Having a small kitchen in the property was really convenient, especially for those evenings when the kids were too tired to go out for dinner. There is even a Waitrose store just opposite the Dunya Tower. We are definitely planning to stay at these apartments again on our next trip to Dubai.
