We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, close to lots of quality restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. There was even a small park nearby, perfect for a leisurely stroll. Everything we needed was within reach, including the City Center shopping mall. The service provided by the staff was excellent, from the room service to the housekeeping. They made sure that our every need was taken care of. The amenities in the room were top-notch, with all the necessary facilities such as ironing, heating, air conditioning, and tea and coffee making facilities. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

As for the cons, we have no complaints. This hotel provided us with everything we needed and more.

The hotel is close to a small park and a lovely beach, located in lake Khalid waterfront. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast provided had a good starter meal. Also, the hotel had great facilities such as a pool and fitness center.

One of the downsides of this hotel was mentioned by some guests in their reviews. The responsiveness of the staff, especially room services, and the management could be better.

We had an incredible experience at Doubletree by Hilton. the hotel's location is attractive, offering a mesmerizing view of the lake from our room on the 28th floor. the staff were welcoming and always had a smile on their faces. the room was impeccably clean and sterilized, equipped with smart controls. the combination of a tub and shower in the bathroom was an awesome touch. It was a great place to spend quality time with family, with plenty of wonderful restaurants in close proximity.

The housekeeping at Doubletree By Hilton ensured clean rooms and replaced towels where convenient. We enjoyed superb lake views and touch switches for room lights. The hotel is close to a mall and offers great breakfast. I recommend this hotel.

The buffet breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the beautiful view of the park and harbor from our room. the location was perfect for us, as we were able to easily explore the area and walk to nearby attractions. we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed the friendly staff and comfortable room.

there were no suitable food options for children, which made meal times challenging. Improvements could be made in these areas to make the stay even more enjoyable.

The Doubletree By Hilton offers super clean rooms and lobby with nicely designed interiors for maximum comfort. The hotel's location is great, right in front of a park and sea, providing a beautiful view. The staff is friendly and the surrounding area is pleasant. The breakfast spread is excellent with a wide variety of items to choose from. The room size is generous compared to other hotels in the same chain.
