I've stayed at Dubai airport hotels multiple times and have always been satisfied. On this visit, a young man met us at the concourse, even though our flight was delayed. He helped us navigate between terminals and made the process seamless. The room service breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The location within the terminal was perfect for our group, as we were coming from different places. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to assist us. The meet and greet service was excellent, and our room was spacious and comfortable. a great experience for a layover in the airport.

I had a wonderful sleep after a long flight, which helped me avoid dreaded jet lag. the bed was so comfy with soft pillows and crisp sheets. the fact that I didn't have to collect my bags and could just take my hand luggage to the hotel was very convenient. the hotel's location was key, being just a 5-minute walk from my departing gate the next day. This made me feel relaxed and relieved any stress of finding my way around the airport.

The hotel can be a little tricky to find, especially in such a huge airport. It would have been helpful if they had picked me up at the gate as promised.

My stay at the Dubai International Terminal Hotel was exceptional. Arriving tired, I was met by a friendly "bell boy" off my long-haul flight who escorted me to the well-hidden hotel within the terminal. The 5-star room and complimentary fruit bowl added to the luxury experience. Being airside the whole time saved the hassle of going through immigration. I highly recommend this hotel for a restful and convenient stay.

Convenient boarding gate check-in, saving time. Spacious, clean room and comfortable bed for a good night's sleep. Helpful staff member met off the plane, making it easy to find the accommodation. Excellent facilities and service for transit passengers.

The location of this hotel is incredibly convenient for those on a layover or waiting for a connecting flight. You can easily meet and greet your travel companions within the airport security section without leaving the terminal. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable bed and pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. The friendly and efficient staff provide excellent service, making your stay even more enjoyable. some complimentary fruits are provided, adding a nice touch to your stay.

The water pressure in the bathroom can be a bit low, which may be a small inconvenience for some guests.

The value for the money was excellent, with a luxurious room and all the 5-star trimmings. The location within the airport was convenient and the staff treated us with great attentiveness and friendliness.

Conveniently situated in the terminal, no rushing or passport control. All facilities available. Outstanding comfort for a long layover. Met on arrival and quickly in the room. Quick check-in for our flight the next morning. Completely soundproof room, slept soundly. Recommend using it again and again.

Had a great xmas stay at this hotel! the staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome right from the start. the location was perfect for us as we had a short layover, making it easy to catch our next flight. We also loved the fact that the hotel had modern and nice facilities, which added to our overall pleasant experience.

On the downside, there were a few minor issues during our stay. the room had some extra beds that took up a lot of space, making it a bit cramped.

the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and Spa centre are all open 24 hours and are great for relaxation.

The prices of this hotel are expensive and it would be great if there was a more affordable option available, however, considering the luxurious amenities provided, this is a minor issue. As a personal experience, I highly recommend staying at this hotel for anyone with long layovers in the airport.

I got great value for my money with a comfortable room and quiet atmosphere at the hotel. The location inside the International Terminal was convenient, allowing me to easily access the airport's facilities. The staff treated me with delightful service, making me feel welcome and taking care of any requests I had.

As adventure travelers, we appreciated the helpfulness of the hotel staff and the excellent facilities they provided. The hotel had everything we needed, including a needle and thread in the room which was a lifesaver for a wardrobe malfunction. The young man who met us at the airport was efficient and friendly, guiding us through the massive terminal and taking us to the hotel. The room in Concourse B was spacious, quiet, and had very comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the convenience of room service which was reasonably priced.

We felt right at home during our stay at the hotel, with the staff going above and beyond to assist us. Nothing was too much trouble for them, making our experience truly enjoyable.

During our layover in a foreign airport, we stayed in a hotel located in a 24-hour open airport mall between Terminals A & B. Despite being inside a busy airport terminal, the room was quiet and very clean, with free fruit and water provided. The spacious bed made our transit stay heavenly. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, and the room had all the necessary facilities like a shower and fast Wi-Fi.

The price was slightly on the higher end, and the hidden hotel charges were not very transparent.

This hotel was the perfect rest stop during my Christmas travels. the complementary breakfast and shuttle service to the airport were greatly appreciated. Plus, its convenient location made it easy to explore the surrounding area on foot.

It would have been nice to have access to a water cooler in the hotel, as we had to purchase water ourselves for our baby's formula. This additional expense was not ideal.
