The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of choices and the staff were accommodating to special requests. The spacious and clean apartment was a great feature.

The room cards stopped working for two days in a row and it was a hassle to constantly go down to reception to get it sorted. the noise from the adjacent apartment, the corridor, and the construction site next to the hotel was very disturbing.

the hotel exceeded our expectations. the spacious apartment with 2 bathrooms was a pleasant surprise after a long day of travel. the location was perfect, being only a few minutes' walk from Mall of the Emirates. the staff was incredibly friendly and the breakfast had a delicious variety of European and Arabian foods, with the hummus being a standout.

Kitchen appliances needed attention.

Had a good view of the city and the pool was nice for a dip to start the new year. The fitness center also was an asset for those who need to work off those extra holiday calories. The nearby mall was convenient for last-minute shopping.

The breakfast wasn't up to par with much variety, and the Wi-Fi could have been much faster and more reliable. , the staff could have been more helpful in recommending places to go or things to do for the new year.

Rooftop pool, perfect for kids. Spacious one-bedroom with two toilets, good for multiple guests. Good staff service. Short walk to mall, no traffic worries. Prompt suhoor delivery. Varied breakfast, tasty room-service food.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a hotel in the bustling heart of a vibrant city. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from the popular Mall of the Emirates, where I could shop till I dropped and explore a variety of dining options. There were also convenient supermarkets nearby, making it easy to grab snacks and drinks. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a full kitchen and two bathrooms, which was perfect for my needs. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, but overall, it didn't detract from my enjoyable experience.
