I got great value for my money at Dusit Princess Residences. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the marina. The location was perfect with direct access to the Marina Walk and a good gym. The staff, especially Viki at the reception, were extremely kind and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

Breakfast items could be improved with more variety and options.

Gym was perfect, almost always empty. Ground floor cafe was very good. No problems with Wi-Fi connection

No "do not disturb" sign in the room, constant interruption from staff. Limited kitchen equipment and no pop-up toaster.

The value for money was excellent and the room was even better than expected. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the Marina. The staff treated us like family, especially the receptionist Viktoria who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

The apartments were spacious and well-maintained, and the reception and maintenance staff were always available and helpful. We loved the convenience of having a bakery on the ground floor. Despite some minor inconveniences with the swimming pool size and initial rate negotiation, our overall experience was positive. We highly recommend this hotel.

The staff's attentiveness and professionalism made our stay fantastic. The hotel is also well-located with breathtaking views and polite service.
