Upgrade, clean & comfy room, helpful staff, great location, free shuttle, excellent service

Couldn't find any faults at all

Element was a great location, close to the airport and city center. The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. Although the breakfast finished early, the food was delicious. However, the staff needs more training in handling customer complaints. I would recommend this hotel.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and secure at Element. The staff was accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The rooftop pool and gym were well-equipped, and the waterfront area nearby was perfect for evening walks.

The location of the hotel is perfect for accessing the metro station, with supermarkets and local amenities close by. The breakfast options were rich and variable, and the swimming pool and gym on the roof were excellent facilities. The hotel room was spacious with a fine view.

Some guests reported issues with bathroom cleanliness that were promptly addressed.

We had an Easter break, and it could have been better. We loved the complementary chocolate bunnies and Easter eggs that were waiting for us in our room. the location was also great, with easy access to the shopping center and restaurants. the view from our room was breathtaking too.

The service was not up to standard. the front desk staff was not always friendly or helpful, and they seemed uninformed about basic hotel information.
