This venue was perfectly located, right along a major road and just a short walk to the metro station. The service here was top-notch, with staff that provided excellent service. The amenities were plentiful and the room was comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The leisure spa and wellness center was top-notch, and the outdoor swimming pool was great for some relaxation. The entertainment was also quite nice, with a library and a pool with a view. The wi-fi was excellent and the on-site car park and luggage storage were very convenient.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great hotel experience!

I had an amazing stay at Fairmont. The location was excellent for attending an exhibition and the metro station. The room was great and serviced daily. The breakfast had a wide variety and the sports bar had excellent food and multiple TVs. The hotel staff, especially Fatima, Daisy, Alana, Deependra. The front desk was quick to resolve any issues. We were pleasantly surprised by the room upgrade upon our arrival. The pools on both sides of the hotel were a great feature, allowing us to enjoy all-day sun. The staff at Fairmont Dubai were incredibly polite, friendly, and attentive to our every need. The access to the Gold Lounge made us feel like part of the Fairmont family. The food selection and quality exceeded our expectations. we had a truly amazing stay at Fairmont Dubai.

It is in a location that's convenient to anything you could need in your stay. The hotel provides spacious, well-designed rooms with attentive staff who are trained to go above and beyond for their guests. Plus, some rooms offer incredible views of the surrounding area.

The hotel falls short in providing free Wi-Fi for its guests, which in today's day and age can be a major inconvenience for budget travellers.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is directly next to the metro station which makes it very easy to get to all the major attractions. The rooms were great value for the price, and the Gold Lounge access with an amazing view was a huge plus. The basic amenities in our bedrooms were fantastic and always kept super clean, and the breakfast had a great atmosphere to have a conversation, with canapés served at 10:45.

The gym and sauna were well-equipped, and I had a great time exploring the city thanks to the helpful recommendations from the tour desk.
