Our stay at Rixos was fantastic! The hotel is brand new and has great facilities in a beautiful location. We had a small issue with the laundry service, but the receptionist, Rayane, handled it professionally and resolved it quickly. She demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

One minor drawback was that the hotel's two towers shaded the pool and beach, requiring us to constantly move our beach beds for sun exposure. Additionally, the spa was quite expensive, so we chose to visit a different spa at a more reasonable price.

The location of the hotel is perfect as it is near Marina mall and just a short walk away from the beach. The room was spacious and clean, with a large ocean window offering stunning views. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with quick check-in and helpful receptionists like Mrs Farah. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The pools were also great, especially in the winter when they are warmed.

The in-room dining menu app needs improvement, with incorrect headings and hidden beverage options.

The breakfast was great, with a wide selection of food available. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the beach and other attractions. We also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the lobby.

The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized, leading to long wait times for check-in and check-out. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning in our room, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Our stay at Rixos Marina was truly exceptional! The Deluxe Room with a stunning Corniche view was a treat, and the complementary upgrade made it even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the hotel's amenities and facilities were top-notch.

We had an amazing experience at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities included a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and a spa centre with a sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. The full body massage was relaxing and invigorating, and the spa lounge was the perfect place to unwind. The staff members provided top-notch service and made sure all our needs were met.

The only minor issue was that the beach area could use some improvement. Though the beach umbrellas and beachfront location were great, the beach itself had a slight milkiness to the water that was a bit unpleasant.

Greatest stay in Abu Dhabi with friendly staff, delicious food, and overwhelming experience. Conveniently located close to Marina Mall. Polite, helpful, and attentive staff, high-class design, breathtaking view from glass elevators. Comfortable room with great amenities. Nice beach with water sports. Heated pool exceeded expectations. Superb experience, highly recommended to friends and family.
