The location of Fam Living - Mada Residences was superb, within walking distance to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. It was also very easy to find transportation. The apartment itself was very clean and nicely decorated. Muhammad, the guest liaison, was extremely helpful and provided great suggestions for places to visit with kids. He also arranged everything for us, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay. it was a great experience.

The location of the hotel was perfect, being fairly close to the Dubai mall and many tourist attractions in the area. The local shops around the hotel were also convenient, with multiple small marts open 24/7. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bedrooms and well-stocked bathrooms.

The breakfast options at the hotel were limited and could be improved.

The location was superb, with easy access to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. The apartment was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious stay. The highlight of our experience was the helpfulness of the host, Mr Muhammad. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful time, offering suggestions for places to visit and arranging everything for us. our stay was fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel.

I had an amazing experience at Fam Living - Mada Residences Downtown. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished, surpassing my expectations. The living room and balcony were perfect for relaxation, and the downtown location was convenient for accessing everything I needed. The swimming pool was a great feature, with plenty of sun loungers for my family. I couldn't have asked for a better host. I will definitely be returning to this apartment in the future.
