The dining options at The Five were a delightful discovery, with dishes that sang with local flavors and spices. The location and hotel ambiance were top-notch, blending luxury with a touch of Dubai charm. One standout was the helpful staff member Haythem, who went above and beyond to make my stay memorable.

Check-in felt like an Arabian Nights tale, with endless checks and waits. The room wasn't ready on time, and the constant door knocks were a bit of a buzzkill.

AC issues in the Superior Sky Room were inconvenient. Maintenance response time was slow.

The room was like a dream come true. The fitted kitchen was perfect for making snacks, and the terrace with the pool was absolutely incredible. The master en suite bathroom felt like a private spa with the tub set in front of those amazing windows. It was just fantastic.

The only little thing I didn't enjoy as much was the limited parking space. But hey, that's just me.

The buffet breakfast was top-notch and the vibrant party vibe of the hotel was cool - felt like we were in the middle of all the action! The atmosphere was buzzing with legendary house music from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, making it the ultimate party scene. The live entertainment kept us dancing all night long and the play area had the coolest toys and games for all ages.

If there's one thing we'd ask for, it's even more epic house music parties to keep the fun going for us young party-goers!

the hotel was spotless, and the location was so close to vitobin in reception. we found it easy to get to different parts of the area. made a stop at miracle gardens, and it was beautiful. the service was top-notch - especially prateek from the bar lounge who went above and beyond.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were great, just like the pictures. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the jacuzzi and furniture. The location was perfect, close to all the popular tourist attractions and family-friendly places. The staff were friendly and professional, from the valet and security outside to the waiters in the restaurant. The lady at the front office team was helpful and allowed us to check in earlier, arranging a high floor room for us. The hotel was also great for big and small groups, as well as parties.

The view from my room was breathtaking and the restaurant offered great deals. Loved the complimentary access to the beach. Although elevators were slow, my room was clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel offers fantastic dining options with amazing food from the Chef! The standard rooms may be a bit small, but they have great bathrooms and amazing city views. The arrangement with the Five Beach property is outstanding, providing access to a great private beach and pools for all guests. The shuttle bus driver, Chandra, provided outstanding customer support, going above and beyond to track down and return a lost phone. Sam, the front office operations manager, effectively turned a negative check-in experience into a positive one.

I always choose this place. First stay, staff helped with shopping. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, on-site car park, 24-hour reception. I'm coming back for Christmas.
