The hotel had great amenities such as the food, spa treatments, and the nearby Four Seasons Resort at Jumeirah beach. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff always greeted me by name. Special mention to Ms. Anna at reception for her excellent service. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious bedrooms and superb room service. The staff's knowledge and expertise were in line with Four Seasons' high standards. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The noise level was too high with loud music and street sounds during the night, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the bathroom wasn't clean, and the towels had stains on them.
