We had an amazing stay at Garden City Hotel. the location was perfect, with everything we needed conveniently nearby. the in-house restaurant served delicious food that was personalized to our taste. the staff, especially Mr Roshin, were extremely courteous and attentive to our needs. the hotel provided a warm welcome and the security team made us feel safe throughout our stay. the value for money was excellent, with the hotel being clean and the customer service top-notch. Staying in the Deira area gave us a glimpse into local life and the hospitality of the locals was exceptional. Special thanks to S. Vinay, the receptionist, who went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost phone.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in a popular area. The hotel offered great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable with twin beds and basic amenities. Additionally, the breakfast served was delicious and included in the price.

During our stay at Garden City Hotel, we had a great experience with the helpful receptionists. When we needed a travel card, they went above and beyond to ensure we got one, despite the challenges in getting it. Their assistance made our travels in Dubai much easier and more enjoyable. The hotel offered excellent value for money, with high quality and services at affordable prices. the staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing exceptional customer service. the hotel was exceptionally clean and maintained a great ambience throughout.

One downside of the hotel was its location in a popular area where there were few women on the streets. This might cause initial surprise or fear for solo female travelers.

Our room was beautifully modern with all the necessary amenities, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We appreciated the complementary bags storage after checkout and the key location of the hotel for exploring the area.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing with limited options and the absence of a microwave in the rooms.

We had a pleasant stay at a hotel located in a working-class area. The Baniyas Square Metro station was conveniently close, connecting us to various parts of the city. The rooms were clean, equipped with a smart TV and a mini-fridge. The staff provided exceptional service and the hotel had a high level of customer service. We felt safe even when walking late at night.

There was a limited supply of towels and water, and the iron was available only upon request.
