It's right in the center of the city and close to an impressive mall with a cinema. The room decoration is very nice, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection is appetizing, with fresh fruit and pastries.

One aspect that can be improved is the housekeeping service, which could ensure a higher degree of cleanliness in the room.

The location is great, very close to shops and malls. The cleaners were friendly and efficient, especially Mohammad. The security and concierge staff were also wonderful. The restaurant served great food and had amazing staff. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Our room had a terrible smell of cigarettes. However, the staff reacted quickly and tried to refresh our room with Airwick, but it didn't help. The maintenance guy had to come and connect our TV, and the pool area was poor.
