The staff, especially Ali from the reception, were exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel itself had a very family-friendly atmosphere, as it was a dry hotel without any nightlife activities. I was also pleased with how clean the hotel was, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.

During my first night, I faced some disturbances due to noises coming from the windows. However, the hotel staff promptly addressed the issue by transferring me to a quieter room.

The hotel's location is amazing, very close to the metro station and Emirates mall, which made it very easy for us to get around. The room was spacious and comfortable with excellent beds and lovely views. Plus, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were outstanding. the spa and wellness centre was a real highlight, with a full range of massages and beauty treatments on offer. the outdoor swimming pool was stunning, with a sun terrace and plenty of sun loungers to enjoy. the bar and lounge area was perfect for an evening drink, and the restaurant offered a great selection of meals, including special diet menus. the location was also a plus, with easy access to both sides of the city.

While the hotel offered a shuttle bus service to the beach, it would have been nice to have the option to walk there.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We requested a connecting room for our family of four, but unfortunately it wasn't available. However, the spacious rooms and quiet atmosphere made for a relaxing stay. Our son loved the pool and the hotel was well-maintained. The breakfast was good and had different choices each day. we recommend this hotel for a family staycation.

Over the Xmas holiday, my family and I had a fantastic experience at a hotel that ticked all the boxes for us. we were offered complimentary shuttles to and from the nearby mall, which was incredibly handy for our last-minute shopping. the hotel itself was perfectly located, just a stone's throw from the metro station, making it easy to get around town. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included a great variety of food to choose from. Lastly, the rooftop pools were a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

While the hotel was great overall, there were a few minor drawbacks. the free shuttle to the beach was only offered once a day, which meant we had to spend a bit more on taxis to get there during other times.

The value for money at Grand Cosmopolitan was fantastic, and the room was spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient, being close to the Metro and within walking distance of Mall of the Emirates. The staff treated us with friendliness and professionalism throughout our stay.

I stayed at Grand Cosmopolitan for a few days and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly attentive and the underground parking was free. There were plenty of restaurants in the area and the rooftop pool was a nice place to relax. Although the beach was a bit of a drive, it was one of the best I've been to with soft white sand and great restaurants nearby. The hotel is also conveniently located near Mall of the Emirates.
