I had a very good experience at Grand Marino Hotel. Quick check-in, helpful staff like Azan, and a great location in Deira near the metro. A minor issue in my room was swiftly resolved. the bellboy's thoughtful service was a highlight. I found it to be a good choice.

The location is perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the subway train. Plenty of restaurants and deli stores nearby, some open 24/7. The owner is incredibly kind and upgraded me to a suite room without any extra charge. Plus, they accommodated my early check-in and check-out due to my flight schedule.

the bathtub was a bit small and awkward to get in and out of. they did not provide all the toiletries we needed, and we had to purchase some items ourselves.

Our stay at the Grand Marino was fantastic. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the subway station and surrounded by a variety of restaurants and delis. We were pleasantly surprised when the owner upgraded us to a suite room, and he even allowed us to check in and out early without any extra charge. The staff was kind and accommodating. Our only minor issues were the small bathtub for larger individuals and the lack of toiletries other than shampoo. However, all of our needs were easily met by nearby shops. I highly recommend this hotel.
