Hilton Garden staff were exceptional, providing great service. the room featured a smart TV with mirroring, ample free parking, and a good breakfast variety. the swimming pool and gym were spacious, perfect for a quick trip. Quick dine-in-room service. Mrs Manal at reception was accommodating, offering extended check-out. Delicious breakfast, comfortable room, and clean bathroom. Complimentary birthday surprises added a meaningful touch to the stay.

However, the soundproofing in the rooms needs improvement, as noise from adjacent rooms and the top floor could be heard easily. the swimming pool area was small and crowded, and there were limited amenities for the size of the hotel.

I absolutely adored the elegant and calming decor throughout the hotel. The beautiful design and comfortable seating in the lobby and common areas made it a joy to relax and socialize. Additionally, the ease of access for senior guests was truly appreciated, with ramps, wide corridors, and handrails making movement around the hotel effortless and safe.

I would simply wish for the staff to be a bit more attentive to the unique needs of senior travelers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the staff, from Mohamed in the restaurant to the reception and valet, provided exceptional service. the room was comfortable with a stunning view of the water. the pool area was great, and the bar staff were so generous with their drinks. the dinner and breakfast were delicious, definitely worth the money we paid. the location is perfect, near a mall and with easy access to landmarks and attractions.

While my stay overall was fantastic, there were a few areas that could be improved. the carpet in the room was stained and not properly cleaned, which might affect guests with allergies.

They took great care of us, and we will definitely be coming back to this hotel again.

During our check-in, we experienced some unprofessional behavior from the front desk staff. They were speaking in the local language in front of guests and were not very polite.

My friends and I had a blast at the hotel's Beach Club and the private Beach Club, which had a dedicated kids' playground and pool. The free shuttle made it super convenient to hop over to the beach and chill on those amazing parasol-shaded loungers. Plus, the Al Hamra Marina and Yacht Club and Tower Links Golf Club were totally worth visiting for some fun activities.

We would have loved to have a more happening nightlife scene at the hotel, like a cool bar or DJ parties for us young party-goers.

During my stay at Hilton Garden in Ras al-Khaimah, I thoroughly enjoyed the delectable Arabic cuisine at Al Khor restaurant after unwinding in the inviting pool and hitting the fitness room for a workout. The flavors were authentically rich, and the pool and fitness facilities provided a perfect balance of relaxation and activity, making my business trip exceptionally pleasurable.

We had a fantastic stay in a great location with shopping malls and numerous restaurants nearby. The hotel was close to all entertainment facilities, which was fantastic. The room was cozy, the bathroom was sparkling, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was a nice place to relax.

The parking was limited, and the front office staff could have been more welcoming.
