The room was spacious with a separate sofa and coffee/tea amenities. Staff offered assistance with taxis and luggage. Payment options in pounds or dirhams were provided at check-in. Dinner options were good with friendly room service. Staff were always helpful and ensured a comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the Burjuman metro station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, from the rooms to the swimming pool and shower area. The breakfast provided a wide range of choices and was delicious. The staff were friendly and polite, especially the security personnel who assisted us in the elevator. Parking space was abundant and convenient, with the parking area located near the elevator.

The presence of clubs inside the hotel could lead to loud noise at night in some rooms, which may be a downside for light sleepers. Check-in and check-out process was time-consuming and could use improvement.

Conveniently located in the embassy district, with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are comfortable with good amenities. Delicious breakfast and varied room service menu. Bar offers a relaxing atmosphere with a great selection of drinks. Complimentary underground parking is a bonus.

Located so near to the metro, this hotel's on-site pub was the perfect stop for a nightcap after a day of exploring. The friendly bartenders, delicious food, and lively atmosphere made it a favorite. Rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, and the staff was always helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was generous and perfect to start the day.

The presence of a noisy nightclub within the hotel, which could be heard well into the night in some of the rooms.

Great location, central for easy access to tour pick-up and good seats in vehicle tour. Free late check-out. Breakfast includes hot and cold food with limited choices but suitable for Indian/Arabic tastes. Good facilities for families.
