During my recent stay at the hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful and spacious rooms. They provided a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short walk from the stunning La Mer Beach. The gym facilities were state-of-the-art, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine while on vacation. Additionally, the restaurant offered an outstanding menu with delicious food. The majority of the staff, especially the friendly and professional female staff, were always smiling and provided excellent service. I had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Centric and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is new and near La Mer beach. Staff is welcoming and helpful. Room with city view, balcony, spacious and clean. Incredible a la carte breakfast. Lovely pool area with attentive staff.

the rooms were not only beautiful and spacious, but they also had a convenient location just a 2-minute walk from La Mer Beach. the hotel boasts an amazing gym and a state of the art restaurant with a menu that is top-notch. What really stood out to me was the incredible staff, 90% of whom were females. They were always smiling, professional, and made me proud to be a part of the human race. this hotel offered a better and more affordable luxury option compared to others in the area like JBR.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so polite and welcoming throughout our entire stay. The room was also fantastic with a beautiful view and it was cleaned to a very high standard every day. the hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. We also loved the fact that the hotel had a gym and great facilities.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the swimming pool didn't get much sun, which was a bit disappointing.

Instead of having a typical buffet, they had high-quality food options that were freshly made and tasted delicious. the staff was super friendly and welcoming, and really made me feel at home. the location of the hotel was perfect for combining business and leisure - everything I needed was nearby.

There was a bit of construction going on around the hotel, and because of that, some of the amenities weren't quite ready yet. there was some noise from a nearby restaurant at night, which was a bit disruptive.
