I keep coming back to this wonderful place. They once saved me with a charger. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness center, massage, restaurant, and more. Plus, they're great for Xmas.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Dubai for a quick overnight getaway. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, with constant boat traffic on the creek. We were lucky enough to secure a reservation at the Al Dawaar Revolving Restaurant for our anniversary, and the free cocktails before dinner were a delightful touch. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making us feel like we were on a true vacation, if only for one night. Special mention to Receptionist Joy, Manager Edurne, and Manager Felix for their outstanding service. All in all, a fantastic stay!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was great, with a wide variety of options. The hotel's location was very prime, making it easy for me to access the places I wanted to visit. The staff were excellent, especially Ms. Eraam at the reception desk, who even gave me access to the VIP lounge for brunch. I also want to thank Mr. Madhu, the housekeeping manager, for helping me retrieve my forgotten belongings. The room was clean, calm, and spacious, and it had a coffee machine. The bathroom was also clean and beautiful.

I had a very good stay at this hotel in Dubai. the staff were really friendly and welcoming, and their excellent customer service made a big difference to my experience. Secondly, the rooms were comfortable and had excellent views over the Corniche. Lastly, the hotel's location in the old part of Dubai was great, with plenty of food options nearby. this hotel provided good value for money.

All in all, there was nothing that I felt needed improvement during my stay.

Our nights out in the bustling city were made even better by the convenient location of this hotel near the Creek and the subway. The stunning view from our room was a bonus, and the breakfast buffet was outstanding. The staff was extremely helpful with recommendations for family outings and experiences, and the rooms were well-maintained and equipped with modern bathroom facilities. The hotel also has a great LUNCH restaurant and other useful facilities.

The minibar charges were a bit confusing to sort out at checkout, but it didn't ruin our overall experience at the hotel.

The staff was very cooperative and professional. The room interior and washroom facilities were excellent. The view of the sea and Dubai area was stunning. The hotel provided a wide range of amenities and services, including a 55-inch TV and access to the Regency Club.

The concierge services were also exceptional, providing us with prompt and professional assistance. Additionally, the hotel's location near Deira and Naif Market was convenient for exploring the area.

Furthermore, the housekeeping service was subpar, with existing toiletries left in the toilet and inadequate cleaning. It felt like a waste of money and did not meet our expectations.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Dubai - Corniche for a business trip. My stay was for two nights and I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel. The location was perfect, offering a stunning view of the sea from my quiet and comfortable room. The car parking system was efficient and ensured the safety of my vehicle. The staff at the reception were extremely polite and provided complimentary internet access. The walk-in shower and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity were also major highlights. The on-site coffee shop had a great selection of traditional Malay food, and the view from the lounge was simply awesome. the hotel provided excellent service with a smile.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from adding more kid-friendly dining options to cater even better to families with children.
