There was one filipina staff in the reception who was not accommodating. We were treated as if we were bad people!

Enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool, dining in the Belgian Cafe and Gabbiano Italian Restaurant, and the convenience of 24-hour service. Maybe I'll come back. if I'm desperate.

Oh, just a few challenges here and there, like the staff not knowing what they're doing and the service being a complete joke. But hey, at least the pool was nice.

We stayed at a hotel which was in a really quiet area and we loved it. The staff were amazing and professional, they were always kind and smiley and were always willing to help us. The buffet breakfast was great and had a lot of variety. Our room was clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed like a TV, air conditioning, ironing facilities, and tea and coffee facilities. The hotel had a pool with a great view, spa & wellness centre, sauna, jacuzzi, and steam room. It was a perfect place to relax and unwind.

We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms are cozy, with good-quality HD TV, prompt room service and efficient laundry service. Staff is courteous, prompt, and professional. Perfectly located near Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium and University, with a taxi stand nearby. The canal behind the hotel is a lovely setting for evening walks. Fusion restaurant in the hotel offers tasty in-room dining options and great bar.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, being near a canal and a grand mosque, but it's quite far from any supermarkets. The proximity to the airport is also a plus. The rooms were clean, but unfortunately lacked toiletries. Breakfast was average, but the restaurant had good food and drink, although it was a bit pricey.

The lack of bellboy service was inconvenient.

Nothing not to love.

We recently spent Easter at this hotel and were pleased with a number of things. the staff were very friendly and professional, making our check-in and check-out processes both quick and easy. the location was great as it was conveniently close to many key attractions in the area. Lastly, we really enjoyed the access to the well-maintained swimming pool - it was definitely a highlight of our stay.

There were a few things that we didn't like. we found the limited toiletries to be a bit of an inconvenience, as well as the lack of options for tea or coffee.

I was impressed with the exceptional service provided by the staff at Ibis. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant, even offering me a free upgrade upon arrival. I highly recommend this hotel.
