This hotel is conveniently located close to a popular mall, which is only a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are well equipped, with kitchen facilities and a spacious bathroom. The staff is very friendly and responsive, and the hospitality is commendable.

The elevators can be a bit slow to use, which might cause some inconvenience to guests.

The breakfast was great and the staff were amazing at helping me with any request I had, including calling a taxi. I had a pleasant stay at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff, including Anuj and Nina at reception, Liaz and her manager at the breakfast buffet, and the concierge guys, were all incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel itself was clean, modern, and equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved the shuttle service that was always available to take us to the nearby mall. The location was also great, with a beautiful creek side view where we could even see the fireworks during Eid aladha. it was one of the best hotels we've stayed at in Dubai, especially for families.

The friendly and helpful staff made our stay memorable. The wading pool and awesome views around the residence were enjoyable. The comfortable and well-equipped 3-bedroom suite was perfect for our family. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of international and local dishes.
