Great facilities including outdoor pool, gym, sauna/steam room, and jacuzzi. Lovely staff at front desk and helping with luggage. Exceptionally clean with superb beds and pillows. Included breakfast with attentive waitresses. Brand new property with gorgeous rooms and views of the creek. Thoughtful amenities like work desks, adjustable lighting, and USB charging ports. excellent value for money.

We had an amazing time during our holiday. the staff were really helpful and polite, going out of their way to make us feel welcome. the buffet breakfast had an amazing selection, always adding new dishes to keep it interesting. the location was perfect, within close proximity to popular attractions, and easy to get around with affordable cabs.

we paid extra for a premium room but didn't see much difference in room size. cleanliness could've been improved, as we noticed mosquitoes in the room and some dirty linen, sofa and other surfaces.

Although there was a short delay in checking us in, they provided us with complimentary drinks which was a great touch. The facilities were fabulous and we particularly enjoyed the pool area. My partner had a problem with the dinner arriving cold but the staff sorted it out immediately.
