The hotel is conveniently located near Al Rigga metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Mr Mina at reception is very helpful and provides excellent service. Sakura, the Japanese restaurant nearby, offers delicious sushi and Asian cuisine. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a large bathroom that includes a shower and bathtub. The hotel provides complimentary facilities such as evening snacks, tea, and coffee in the lounge. The rooftop swimming pool is a great addition.

One negative aspect is that there were some issues with housekeeping, such as missing towels and no water in the bathroom upon arrival.

I was highly impressed by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the apartment. It had all the necessary facilities, from a stove to a washing machine, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was fantastic, with the metro station and souks nearby. The staff, especially Ashraf at reception, were extremely cordial and helpful. Additionally, the complimentary internet worked flawlessly.

The hotel had great value for the price we paid. the room was spacious and perfect for a large group of people. We were impressed with the friendly and helpful staff that made our stay comfortable. the location was also convenient, close to a metro station and other stores in the area. We really appreciated the complementary breakfast and Wi-fi, which was a nice touch.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay that detracted from our overall experience. the room had a musty smell and could have benefited from a deep cleaning.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all of my needs and desires. I must say that the room was very spacious and had a breathtaking view of the city skyline. the private facilities were top-notch and truly made me feel like royalty.

Although my experience at this hotel was superb, I did notice a minor issue. the swimming pool area seemed a bit cramped, and I struggled to find a spot to lounge in peace.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Dubai and had a wonderful experience. The valet parking service was a great convenience, and the competent staff made me feel welcomed. The grand lobby with its comfortable sitting area was a perfect place to relax. Checking in was a breeze, and the friendly staff greeted me with smiles. The spacious and speedy capsule lifts were impressive. The size of the room was quite big and the bed was very comfortable. The washroom had a separate toilet, shower, and tub area. Although the sofa wasn't comfortable for the kids, they were happy sleeping on the thick carpeted floor with the extra blankets and pillows provided. The magnificent swimming pool, especially the kid pool on the rooftop, was a highlight. Plus, the hotel's location near Rigga food street, particularly Juice World, was a great advantage.
