Great hospitality, stunning property with lots of amenities including horses, camels, and water activities. Spa was amazing with fantastic massages and treatments. Food was delicious, especially the Italian restaurant with attentive chefs. a fantastic hidden gem for a relaxing weekend away.

The value for money was exceptional, and the room received a surprise upgrade with lovely added touches. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the staff treated us with outstanding hospitality.

Breakfast items could have been more varied to cater to different preferences.

Some areas of the service, such as the restaurant and room maintenance, could benefit from improved staff training and attention.

We had an amazing stay at Al Wathba! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, especially Serena and Rakesh. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and the pool area offered a peaceful escape. Highly recommend!

Felt extremely welcome, nothing to complain about.

I had an amazing time during thanksgiving weekend! the free welcome drink and complimentary breakfast buffet were great touches. the views of the desert and the pool were breathtaking.

The only restaurant available was fully booked during prime dinner hours, forcing me to wait until later to eat. the noise level by the pool was a bit too high due to the number of young children present.

The location of the Luxury Collection resort was perfect for a relaxing desert getaway. We especially enjoyed the spacious and clean rooms. we'd recommend this hotel.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the pool area to the beautiful and spacious rooms. The location, just off the highway, made it convenient to explore the surrounding area. The staff, especially Mr. Mohammed at check-in, were incredibly thoughtful and attentive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. the hotel provided a truly luxurious experience.

We had a luxurious experience at this hotel, with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all our needs. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were impressive, as well as the Spa & wellness centre with a range of treatments. the stunning sun terrace and heated swimming pool were perfect for lounging, with attentive staff providing refreshing drinks and poolside snack bar.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the restaurant during dinner. this was quickly resolved by the attentive staff, who provided us with in-room breakfast as an alternative.
