One minor inconvenience I encountered was the limited daylight and the overall feeling of being in an abandoned shopping mall, which was somewhat suffocating. This led to a lack of natural light and a somewhat claustrophobic ambiance in the room.

Despite a brief stay, I appreciated the convenient location of Leva Hotel And Suites, Opposite Downtown, which is just 1.5 km away from City Walk Mall, offering easy access to shopping and dining options. the proximity to the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station, just a 5-minute walk away, made it effortless to explore the city's attractions during my transit.

The experience of requesting an early check-in was marred by a lack of responsiveness from the staff. Given the inconvenience of waiting and the unexpected double charge for early check-in, the check-in process fell short of the expected standard.

The rooms were huge, and the staff was awesome, making check-in and out a breeze. Plus, we were super close to the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa – we even walked there! The place had its own little shop, which was convenient for snacks and drinks, and we got to lounge by the pool, chilling out.

Hey, if they could bump up the evening entertainment a notch – like some cool DJ sets or a poolside party – it'd be lit!

I always come back to this place. At my first stay, the staff helped with early check-in. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, rooftop pool, fitness center, and more. I'm definitely coming back for New Year.

The rooftop pool was amazing with great views and comfortable lounge chairs. We enjoyed ordering drinks and food from the poolside bar. The staff were welcoming and attentive. we would definitely stay here again.

My Christmas stay at this hotel was amazing! the staff were very welcoming with warm smiles and provided great customer service. I loved the complimentary drinks and snacks that were provided in my room. the location was perfect with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.

Personally, I found the air conditioning a bit too cold at times. But I understand that others might appreciate it.
