Lack of a designated pool for children. On weekends, the pool area can get crowded with screaming kids.

We had an amazing stay at this top luxury hotel. The rooms were incredibly spacious and every detail was thoughtfully crafted to reflect the hotel's brand positioning. The facilities, both in-room and throughout the resort, were exceptional. The staff, from housekeeping to in-room dining to the pool team, were all friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were particularly impressed with the service at the Mechlin star restaurant. Special mentions to Victoria, who checked us in with great helpfulness and positivity, and Hugo, a friendly and professional hotelier at the breakfast and lunch restaurant. The spa staff, the manager from Turkey at the pool, and the hardworking pool staff also deserve our thanks. Without the exceptional staff, our stay would not have been as enjoyable. We will definitely be back.

I had an absolutely amazing experience at this venue. the location is stunning as it is located right on the shores of a beautiful body of water, with access to a kids water park that is perfect for families with children. Secondly, the service is impeccable, with excellent room service and housekeeping that catered to my every need. Thirdly, the leisure facilities were top-notch, with a spa that featured a sauna, steam room, massage and other beauty treatments that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay, with amazing facilities and service that are difficult to find anywhere else.

This hotel is amazing! First off, the rooms are so beautiful and luxurious, with fantastic skyline views of the Burj Khalifa and some even come with a balcony. The service from staff is top-notch, and they leave thoughtful touches like a get well soon card. The location on the shores of the Persian Gulf is just perfect for a relaxing escape, and the hotel is even directly on top of a kids water park. The breakfast spread is simply amazing with great filtered coffee.

Located right by the beach, the Bay restaurant offers stunning views while dining on delicious food. The spacious rooms and bathrooms are immaculately clean and well-maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to make special occasions unforgettable. Netsu restaurant is a must-try, serving up mouth-watering dishes.

Our weekend stay was very pleasant and most of the staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well-appointed with nice amenities and the food tasted great. We particularly enjoyed the complementary snacks and drinks and the stunning view from our balcony.

That the hotel seemed to be in a state of construction during our visit and it was a bit noisy at times. we found that the one pool that was meant for lap swimming was often crowded with children and non-swimmers, making it hard to swim lengths.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of at Mandarin Oriental. The staff, especially Mandeep, Sumann, Linda, and Oleg. The hotel's spacious and chic rooms, along with its kid-friendly design, impressed us. Additionally, the property's cleanliness and convenient location were definite pluses. The variety of food options and delicious breakfast, as well as the excellent menu choices for kids, exceeded our expectations.

Our room was spacious with state-of-the-art amenities. The staff at the pool, particularly Gaurav, Lucas, and Stephen, were fantastic. Breakfast had a great selection and Tasca provided a memorable setting for dinner. Our stay was one of the best ever. we highly recommend Mandarin Oriental.

The location is perfect for tourists with direct beach access and sea views from the room. The poolside bar and snack bar offer delicious and refreshing drinks and snacks. We enjoyed the sound of the waves while relaxing on the sun loungers in the garden area. The private facilities made us feel special and well taken care of, and the staff was genuinely friendly and helpful.

It's hard to fault this hotel, but we noticed only one minor issue during our stay. The pool area at night lacked entertainment.
