Spacious rooms, excellent pub, and great value for money. Housekeeping staff promptly attended to our needs and maintained the room well. The facilities and free Wi-Fi were all in good working order throughout our stay. The warm and accommodating staff made our business and leisure trip even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The value for money at Media Rotana was excellent, with a spacious room, convenient British plugs, and great air conditioning. The location was ideal, just a short distance from the metro, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Muresh who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety for guests to choose from.

We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a higher room category upon arrival, which made our stay very comfortable. The buffet breakfast had an amazing selection. we enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

This place is located in a great area for business. It is in the Tecom area, which mostly consists of office buildings. I loved the fact that it is situated between two towers, which blocks the sun and provides enhanced comfort. The staff were amazing, they did listen to my request and were always available for advice or needed service. The room was cozy and the amenities provided like soundproofed rooms and air conditioning made my stay even more comfortable. The facilities were really good, from the spa to the rooftop pool.

I would recommend this hotel to all, despite my stay being perfect, should be aware about how bad your service can be in other hotels.

I had a great stay at Media Rotana for 4 nights. The staff exceeded my expectations with their exceptional customer service. They provided a business lounge for early check-in and always looked after us well. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices, and the restaurants and bar offered different themed nights for entertainment. The swimming pool was clean and conveniently located, and I loved relaxing at the Terrace. The room had all the amenities I needed, including an iron and ironing board.

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The staff, especially Nandu, were exceptional and always went out of their way to assist us. The breakfast buffet was amazing, with delicious and hot meals every morning. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, thanks to the dedicated cleaners. The hotel's location near the metro was convenient and made it easy for us to explore the city quickly.

We felt very welcome during our stay and have no complaints at all. The hotel staff, particularly Mr Karim, provided excellent customer service and made sure our check-in process was smooth and hassle-free.

The hotel offers great access to a variety of activities such as golf courses and the desert safari, and the CHANNEL restaurant is highly recommended. Opt for the tower rooms, which provide a quieter experience without the nightclub noise. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-serviced with good breakfast and internet connection. Additionally, the hotel promotes a relaxing atmosphere with superb facilities, such as a nice spa and excellent housekeeping service.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I received two lovely complimentary treats that were a delightful surprise. the location was excellent, close to everything we needed. I enjoyed the convenience of having a shuttle service available.

The room fixtures were a bit worn out, and the hot water stopped unexpectedly for a whole day. the breakfast was a bit disappointing, lacking variety.

We had a luxurious stay at this hotel with exclusive amenities like a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, Swimming pool, and more. the service was exceptional and attentive, making our stay even better. We enjoyed the fantastic meals and refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area. the location is ideal, with easy access to local markets and attractions, making it convenient for our travels.

The only issue we encountered was the organization in the lobby area, which was a bit crowded at times. this minor issue did not impact our overall experience at the hotel.

From Mr WALI at the front door to Ahmed in the restaurant, everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. the room was spacious, clean, and had a great view. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel's restaurant. Rotana made sure we had an early check-in and a late check-out, which was incredibly convenient for our travel plans.

As a bigger group of friends, we loved the friendly and welcoming staff, especially the gentleman who cleaned our rooms and the hardworking Filipino gentleman at the restaurant. The staff went above and beyond, offering us money when we didn't have the local currency to pay for a taxi. The ambient terrace bar was a must-visit even if you're not staying at the hotel. The location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and great pool facilities made our stay enjoyable.
