Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The receptionist Maria and the hotel manager Mr. Isaam were particularly exceptional, always ready to assist and fulfill any requests I had. Additionally, the housekeeping services provided by Michael were top-notch, ensuring that my room was always impeccably clean. The hotel's central location was also a major plus, with shops, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. Being close to the metro station was extremely convenient for exploring the city. I was thoroughly satisfied with the warm atmosphere, spacious rooms, and attentive staff during my 5-day stay.

While there were many positive aspects to my stay, I did have a couple of minor gripes. the underground parking garage was quite narrow, and as a result, I accidentally scratched my car multiple times.

Clean room and friendly staff that cater to honeymooners. Conveniently located near a mall and metro station. Free perks like daily bottled water and a complimentary dessert. Modern facilities with small bathroom accessories provided. Quiet neighborhood perfect for a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the Mall of Emirates and many restaurants, offering various dining options. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms are equipped with well-maintained furniture. The friendly staff are always on hand to provide great service and the rich buffet breakfast is a great way to start the day.

Some rooms may not be soundproof, resulting in noise disturbance from the street.

I loved the comfortable beds and the overall cleanliness of the Mena Plaza Hotel. Even with limited breakfast options, we were satisfied and able to enjoy our meals. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. Although there were minor inconveniences, such as a small gym and swimming pool, we would still recommend this hotel. we had a good experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Mena Plaza Hotel near the mall. The location was superb, just a short walk to Emirates Mall and the metro station. The hotel was clean and the room size was more than sufficient. The staff, especially Sheena at the reception, were extremely helpful and accommodating. We even received a complimentary dessert in our room for our honeymoon. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of dishes and the kitchen staff were attentive to each guest. we were very pleased with our stay and would choose this hotel again if we return to Dubai.

For the price we paid, this hotel was a complete steal! The rooms were immaculately clean, with fresh sheets and a great iron. I loved the attention to detail - there was even light music playing in the rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious - definitely a great way to start the day.

We were able to enjoy some nice complementary treats and drinks during our New Year's Eve stay. The location was perfect as it was close to a large shopping mall and had many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the view from our room.

The room was not of the same quality as the treats we were given. We were disappointed to find the room lacked basic amenities such as hot water and comfortable pillows.

This place is great! We loved the location in a good area and the room service was excellent. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The entertainment facilities like the spa & wellness centre and swimming pool were enjoyable. And the buffet breakfast in the restaurant was a highlight too.

Recommend for families.

I appreciated the little accessories provided in the bathroom. The hotel staff were courteous and the check-in and check-out process was smooth. The location was also convenient, with a grocery store and pharmacy nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the personalized service and friendly staff. The spacious rooms and heavenly beds ensured a relaxing stay. The breakfast selection was good and the omelette cooked to order was a delicious addition. The hotel's convenient location near the Mall of the Emirates was a plus.
