the first-floor food service was exceptional, and we loved the pool and bar on levels 5 and 2. the luxury suite we selected was spacious and luxurious, with convenient dining options nearby. the Chinese restaurant in the hotel served delicious dishes like fried chili eggplant and soya bean pickle mix. a great choice for a long stay on a budget.

I particularly enjoyed the relaxation facilities such as the spa, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, which enhanced our enjoyment and relaxation. the nearby landmarks such as the World Trade Center Mall, Lake Park, and Qasr Al Hosn provided ample opportunities for family bonding and exploration.

The restaurant choices were great, but I spent too much time at the pub! The staff was super helpful with my special needs. This hotel has been around longer than me! My room's view was the city, not the beach. The Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for my work. Being close to the waterfront made my daily walks enjoyable. The outdoor pool was a refreshing break. But my favorite? The French restaurant – so good! My British roots loved the pub vibes.

I was thoroughly impressed with the fully equipped health club facilities, including a gym, Jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, and a temperature-controlled outdoor swimming pool. Additionally, the exclusive meeting room facilities were perfect for our business discussions, enhancing the overall experience. The outdoor swimming pool and well-equipped fitness center ensured a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.

The air conditioning was top-notch, perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. The staff went above and beyond, being kind and helpful during check-in and check-out, and even allowing me to store my bags after checking out. The pool staff always provided fresh towels, making my pool time even more enjoyable. The basement parking facility was a convenient addition, making it effortless to explore the city. The service at this hotel is truly outstanding. The staff showed great proactivity when there was a slight issue with my room and immediately offered an upgrade and a temporary solution. They even let me take a hotel towel with me on a desert safari and provided a breakfast in my room when I needed to work. The level of initiative and proactive problem-solving was impressive and showed that the entire team is dedicated to ensuring guests have a fantastic experience. The food was simply amazing, especially the Indian pickles. I can't recommend this hotel enough. I already have another stay booked because I want to experience this hospitality again. We stayed in a hotel at the center of the city where all facilities are available, including the Corniche and Hamdan Centre. The room and bathroom were cleaned daily. The service was exceptional and the staff were helpful with any requests we had. The breakfast was also enjoyable. Additionally, the room had a fridge, which was handy.

The pool area was not enjoyable and lacked a good view.
