The value for money at Mercure was excellent, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff, from reception to housekeeping, were incredibly hospitable and attentive. Ms. Reena, the RDM, went above and beyond to ensure a delightful stay. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful spot that transformed into an Indian loungebar/restaurant at night. The hotel also offered good and fast wifi in the lobby.

The morning meal could have been better.

This place is located close to all shops and restaurants, making it very convenient for me to explore the area. The room service was great, always prompt and attentive to my needs. The staff explained to me how I should pack my luggage so it won't be over the limit, which was very helpful. The spa and wellness centre was a great place to unwind after a long day of exploring.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, from reception to the cleaners, were exceptional and very friendly. The hotel's location was great, as it was close to everything we needed. We were pleasantly surprised by the items provided in the room, such as free water bottles, toothbrush and paste, a hairbrush, and a loofah for showering. Additionally, there was a prayer room, which was very convenient for us.

A special mention to the kind and welcoming Indian woman at the reception who always had a smile behind her mask. The parking attendants and kitchen staff were also friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the gym and pool facilities as well. a wonderful experience and I would stay here again without hesitation.
