We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The private beach with a free shuttle was perfect for families with children. The breakfast was abundant and varied, making it a great start to our day. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, offering assistance whenever we needed it. The rooms were nice and the hotel was very clean. We also appreciated the fact that we were able to check in early without any issues. The location was great, with a quick taxi ride to the marina center and the beach. We also enjoyed the opportunity to rent stand-up paddles at the private beach. it was a fantastic experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Oaks. The hotel staff was excellent and the communication regarding our travel arrangements was smooth. The hotel itself is breathtakingly beautiful, with stunning Turkish lamps hanging from the ceiling. The services provided were lovely and convenient, including a shuttle to the nearby mall and beach. The hotel's location is ideal, next to a mall and close to public transportation. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were well-maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to fulfill our special requests. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the facilities were top-notch. We especially enjoyed the cool pool and the fact that drinks and food were available by the poolside. The hotel's location next to the Battuta Shopping mall was a major plus, as we could easily access the mall for groceries and dining options. Additionally, the metro was fully operational, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The excellent breakfast provided a wide range of options and was great value for money.

The room was cozy, clean, and exactly like the pictures online. The hotel design and concept were terrific, and the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Mr Rinson from the Front desk personally assisted us to the suite and provided us with all the necessary information. Mr Linse in Moroc Lounge ensured that we had the best dining experience. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff, including Mr George, Mr Allan, and Mr Moustafa, were always polite and went above and beyond to make us feel valued. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the metro and nearby malls. The free shuttle to Oceano beach club was a fantastic bonus.

I had a great stay at a hotel near Battuta Mall and the metro. The hotel had a beautiful design and a peaceful atmosphere. The room was well-decorated and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The staff was very helpful and treated me with respect. I also enjoyed the variety and abundance of the breakfast options. my stay at the hotel was fantastic and I appreciated the excellent facilities and amenities.

The only downside was the view from our room. Unfortunately, we had a less than desirable view of a power station.

The location of the hotel was great, being close to the expo. It was easy to access and navigate through the surrounding area. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making sure that our needs were catered to.

The room we booked didn't match the pictures accurately, and some of the furniture was missing. the in-room dining service was poor, with long waiting times for breakfast.

The service at this hotel was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We also appreciated the spacious rooms, especially the fact that they had twin rooms which was perfect for our family. the location was convenient, with a mall just across the street, and the free transportation to the nearby Oceana Beach resort was a great bonus. it was a clean and safe place to stay.

The hotel was quite far from downtown, so it took some time to get to other attractions in the city. Additionally, the room could have been cleaner, as we noticed some small issues.

The AC in the room, as it made an unpleasant noise throughout the night, disturbing my sleep. the bed was also not very comfortable, which affected my overall rest.

The hotel had a great location, close to public transportation and a shopping mall. The rooms were lovely, with beautifully designed bathrooms. The outdoor pool had a fantastic view and was a nice place to relax. The complimentary access to a private beach, with shuttle service included, was a huge advantage and made our stay even more enjoyable.

The wifi. It was a bit frustrating to have to constantly enter the password when opening a new tab.

We stayed at Oaks Ibn Battuta Gate for our honeymoon and they surprised my wife with a lovely decoration and complimentary cake. The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The staff is helpful and friendly, especially Rhinson at reception and Patience from guest services. The room was cozy and clean, just like the pictures online. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices and the place itself was amazing and Instagramable. The pool looked good and accessible to the metro and malls.

We enjoyed the pool access and beach club during our stay. The staff provided exceptional service, even offering a wheelchair for my mother with limited mobility. Despite some room issues, the breakfast was great value. we recommend this hotel.
