The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, addressing any issues immediately. The hotel was spotlessly clean, providing a peaceful and homely atmosphere after a busy day exploring. The location was convenient, close to both Jumeirah Beach and Dubai Marina mall. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, with excellent physical security and a well-maintained parking area. The shift manager, who was from Egypt, was particularly supportive and helpful with my reservation requirements. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return!

We stayed during Christmas and the complimentary cookies and hot chocolate were a nice touch. the location was great, close to shopping and sightseeing. the room service food was tasty and reasonably priced.

The check-in process was a disaster - long waits, staff giving incorrect information and no help with luggage. the pool was overcrowded and loud, with far too many children.

We had an amazing stay at Movenpick in a new, comfortable, and spacious room. the floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom provided an impressive view. the staff's attention to detail was exceptional, and their friendly smiles made us feel welcome. the hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and gym, added to the overall value for money. the check-in process was smooth and the receptionists were professional. We also appreciated the good parking facilities for our vehicle.
