We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the Sri Lanka lobby man, was incredibly supportive, kind, and helpful with carrying and packing our luggage. The private underground car parking was convenient and had easy access to our room. The hotel's location was awesome, with the metro station and City Centre Mall just a short walk away. The breakfast was tasty and offered a variety of options. the staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, parking, transportation.

The rooms are wide and cozy with comfortable beds. The bathroom is divided into 3 parts, providing added convenience. The location is extremely convenient, being near the airport, metro, and bus stations. The hotel staff are welcoming, helpful, and always smiling.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel. the room was spacious and quiet, and we appreciated the complimentary water and included wifi. the location was extremely convenient, with Deira Mall, the Metro, and the airport all within easy reach. We particularly liked the private underground car parking, as it provided easy access to our vehicle. Most of the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent. the pool was also a highlight, and it would be great if they could organize more activities for kids.

This place is in a great location, right opposite the Clock Tower. It's in the center of Deira and close to the Deira city center and bus station. The service here is top-notch, with room service available 24/7. They have a wide range of amenities, including car hire, dry cleaning, and a grocery shopping service. The rooms are comfortable and come with all the necessary facilities, like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a safe. The staff, especially the FO team and manager, are friendly and helpful.

The receptionist here needs to be changed as they were not as helpful as the rest of the staff. However, this is still a highly recommended hotel for everyone.

This hotel is situated in an unbeatable location, with easy access to public transport. You can find the Metro within a stone throw's distance in the new rear bay, which connects you to everywhere you want to go. The front of the hotel overlooking the shopping mall, so you can easily go shopping or watch movies in Deira city center. The room is big and cozy with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of options available every day.
