The internet speed was amazing, plenty of restaurant options, clean and well-maintained pool, superb ambience. Will definitely recommend staying here.

We were pleasantly surprised by the newly refurbished rooms at Novotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and a huge improvement compared to previous stays. The carpets and curtains were spotless, and the staff were as friendly as ever. Despite the less-than-ideal view of a construction site and old warehouses, we understand that this will improve over time. We did experience some strong winds during our stay, which made it difficult to sleep due to the whistling, but we can't fault the hotel for that. we had a nice and clean room and would recommend Novotel for a comfortable stay.

During my stay here, I was impressed by the central location of this venue, close to many attractions. The room service was exceptional, and the staff was always available, providing assistance when needed. Another great feature was the swimming pool, which had a fantastic view and was perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated the amenities provided in the room, including a mini-bar, flat-screen TV, and tea/coffee facilities.

We spent Easter weekend at a hotel and we liked the complementary Easter eggs they gave us and the balloons for the kids' room. the location was great, right next to the main attractions and shops. Another positive aspect was the swimming pool, it was big and clean.

We disliked the fact that our room was not properly cleaned when we arrived. We found some dirt under the bed and some stains on the sheets.
