Friendly staff, great food, clean rooms, excellent location, impressive facilities.

Nothing it was perfect.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, offering an awesome pool and gym for guests. The dinner exceeded expectations, although I regretted not arriving early enough to fully enjoy it. The hotel also provided convenient taxi services upon request, with fast response times. it was a nice place to stay, with excellent amenities, spacious rooms, and friendly staff.

The pool area was perfect for my family, especially my 3-year-old son, with a separate pool for kids and attentive lifeguards. Though there were some construction works going on, they didn't disrupt our stay. I would recommend this hotel.

We stayed at a hotel with an amazing location next to the beach. We enjoyed the meals at the main restaurant and played tennis on the indoor & outdoor courts. It was perfect for our needs as it was near the exhibition centre. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Each morning we savored a delicious breakfast. The hotel offered a great view of the surroundings, and many facilities like pool and fitness center.

There was some confusion with the reception staff.

Outstanding check-in/out process, spacious rooms with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Incredible gym and fitness facilities, staff are helpful and friendly. Great location with easy access to major highways and nearby attractions like Grand Mosque and ADNEC. Excellent value for money with superb restaurants.

As a satisfied hotel guest, I had a pleasant stay at this beautiful and well-maintained property. The hotel staff were amazing and professional, immediately addressing any concerns, such as changing our room when we noticed a tobacco smell. The gym and pool facilities were very good, and the tavern served excellent value food. I was pleasantly surprised to find a shooting range, which is a rarity, open to the public. Additionally, the free exhibits showcasing military artifacts were a fascinating and unique attraction. Lastly, the hotel's location allowed for a good exercise walking to the grand mosque.

The hotel had a great location with indoor and outdoor tennis courts nearby. The F & B associate manager was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to assist me. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a variety of options. The view from the balcony was lovely. The hotel had various facilities including a club and a kids' playing area.

The signage to the hotel was inadequate for single female travelers at night.

The hotel is a hidden gem offering exclusive amenities and facilities suitable for all age groups. The swimming pool is stunning and the private facilities surpass expectations. The restaurant and bar/lounge areas are well-thought-out with great attention to detail. The location advantages are unbeatable as it’s situated amidst lush greenery.

The only minor issue is that there is a slight lack of service in some areas; however, the exceptional service provided otherwise makes up for it.

The free parking was a great bonus and the cleaning staff really did a wonderful job of keeping everything spotless. Plus, the hotel was super close to the tourist sites and there were lots of fun things to do nearby. And, I have to say one more thing, the bed was beyond comfortable.

The staff were very unaccommodating and rude when we asked for any assistance. The hallways had a strange smell and the overall appearance of the hotel was definitely not what we were expecting.
