The room service, housekeeping, and overall staff were so friendly and helpful. the room was lovely, complete with a large balcony that had a partial sea view. Breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food, and the staff in the dining area were attentive and welcoming. I loved how the hotel was right by the Corniche, with fantastic dining options nearby.

If I had to suggest something for this hotel, it would be to consider having an area designated for adults only at the pool. Sometimes, it can get quite loud with children, which might not be ideal for those seeking a quiet, romantic getaway.

The colorful, engaging environment kept our children entertained for hours, and the attentive staff made sure they were always safe and having fun. With varied activities and amenities, this place is a parent's dream come true. Cons: For dads, more child-friendly menu options would be great.

The staff at the resort were exceptional, providing top, notch service from check, in to check, out. the ambiance of the property was peaceful and relaxing, making for a truly enjoyable stay. the WiFi connection and pillow quality could be improved for a more comfortable experience.

The database provided was very user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it simple to find the information I needed. the wide range of options and filters allowed me to customize my search efficiently.

The loading time for some pages in the database was a bit slow, which was a minor inconvenience when trying to quickly access information.

The only downside was that the air conditioning in the corridor leading to the elevators was set too low, making it uncomfortably cold after coming in from the beach or pool.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at a newly opened hotel. Our experience at Palace Beach Resort exceeded all expectations! the attention to detail was remarkable, especially with their non-smoking and no-smell policy, a rare find in other hotels. We were delighted to discover that there was no need for a wifi password, making it convenient. the food at the restaurant, prepared by chef Ibrahim, was simply outstanding. Every dish was fresh, abundant, and bursting with flavor. We were also impressed by the variety of fresh juices available. the staff at the reception was fluent in multiple languages, making communication effortless.

We had an amazing weekend at a newly built beachfront hotel. the rooms were spotless, and the food quality was excellent. We loved watching World Cup matches on the big screen by the pool, it was so much fun. the staff was super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They surprised us with a birthday cake and set up a cozy ambiance for us. We also enjoyed two complimentary activities near the beach, which were the highlight of our trip.

Although most staff members were attentive and accommodating, some of them were not up to the mark. We had to wait for a room despite the early check-in we requested, and the receptionist dealing with us was pretty rude.

We were amazed by the beautiful sea view and the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The food was tasty, and the kids club was well-organized. Although the hotel wasn't very big, it was clean, and the pool was warm. Overall we had a fantastic time at Palace Beach Resort.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities and friendly staff who genuinely care about ensuring a perfect stay. the beach access and outdoor swimming pool are excellent, and the sun terrace offers breathtaking views. the restaurant serves tasty food with special diet menus for different requirements.

While here, we noticed that the garden area lacked sun loungers and beach umbrellas, which could be a problem to relax outdoors. this is a minor issue compared to the overall experience provided by this hotel.
