This hotel was near everything around, including a bus stop for breakfast at 0815 and the central bus station for easy transportation to the airport. The service was great and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities and were kept very clean. Plus, the prices were a good value for the money.

No significant negatives to report.

We had a great time in the heart of the city! the hotel was in a fantastic location, which made it easy for us to explore and experience the city. the underground parking was complimentary and easily accessible. the staff was accommodating and friendly, and they went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.

The bathroom was not as clean as we would have liked, and it seemed like it could have been better maintained. We also had some trouble with the towels - we only received two towels for two people, which was not enough, and we had to request more.

It's easy to explore the city from this hotel, as it's just a short bus ride from the central bus station and conveniently located near many attractions. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants and shops in the area. The hotel also offers free underground parking for guests who need it.

Our room was not up to standards. The bathroom was dirty, with hair leftover on the floor and clogged shower drains.

We had a great value for our money at this hotel. The room was really comfortable with a big TV screen, and the location was very convenient for us, being near the bus station and airport. The staff at Paragon Hotel were amazing, with friendly and helpful receptionists providing great customer service.

Breakfast choices could be improved with more variety.
