Great location next to metro station, clean rooms, delicious food, and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Free shuttle to Festival City Mall was a nice touch. It would be better if the checkout time was more flexible to accommodate guests staying longer.

Despite the welcoming atmosphere in the hotel, the front desk experience was a letdown. It took over 90 minutes for the receptionist to check us in, and her attitude was quite rude. Furthermore, there seemed to be a lack of enforcement of proper attire for the pool, as some guests were swimming in inappropriate clothing. This aspect of hygiene and safety should definitely be addressed by the hotel to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests.

My friends and I had a blast exploring the vibrant city and chilling at the awesome pool. The hotel's shuttle service made it a breeze to hit up the epic Dubai Mall and the legendary Burj Khalifa. The breakfast spread was the perfect fuel for our adventures!
