The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, from the reception to the lifeguard at the pool. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience. the convenient location near the airport made it stress-free to stay before or after a long-haul flight. However, improvements could be made in the clarity of shuttle bus schedules and stops for better convenience.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. the staff, especially Ibrahim at the reception, was incredibly helpful and welcoming. the check-in process was smooth, and the restaurant served delicious food with excellent service. the room was clean and cozy, and the rooftop pool was a great place to relax and unwind. the free airport shuttle service was convenient and saved me a lot of hassle.

The only downside I could mention is that the location is a bit far from some of the city's main attractions. However, if you're looking for a comfortable stay close to the airport, this hotel is perfect.

I was traveling in the early morning and the hotel's great location, just 15 minutes from the airport by bus, was a major plus. The free shuttle bus every 30 minutes was a great idea, especially considering the competition only offers hourly shuttles. The rooms were spacious, clean, and new, with great sleep quality. The rooftop swimming pool was a nice touch, and all my immediate needs were covered with the on-site restaurant and pub, or a quick shuttle ride to the airport.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was close to the airport. the facilities were good, and we appreciated that Costa was open until 2am when we arrived from the Dubai Mall. the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel was also convenient, taking us to all of the airport terminals every 30 minutes.

this did not significantly affect our overall experience at the hotel.
