We recently had the pleasure of staying at Pullman residences and it truly felt like a home away from home. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living area. The staff were exceptional, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. One particular staff member, Hamid, stood out with his attentiveness and friendly nature. We were impressed with the convenient location, just next to a shopping mall, making it easy to explore and find everything we needed. our stay at Pullman residences was fantastic, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming place to stay.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Burj Khalifa, old town, Aqua Adventure Parks, and other attractions. It is also conveniently located next to Deira City Center Mall, which makes shopping and dining a breeze. The staff is friendly and welcoming, ensuring that you feel at home during your stay. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. the breakfast served is delicious and the service is efficient.

Good location and luxurious amenities fulfilled my exclusive needs. The service was exceptional, especially the Spa & Wellness Centre with full body massages and beauty treatments. The rooftop pool with sun loungers and poolside snack bar was truly relaxing.

The lack of a walkway between the lobby and apartments, as well as some minor bathtub or shower placement issues made my stay less enjoyable.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay with great amenities, such as complimentary drinks and desserts, and a beautiful view of the city skyline from our room. The hotel was located right next to a large shopping center, making it convenient for us to shop and dine. We also loved the pool area, which was clean and well-maintained.

No negative aspects to mention, had a great stay overall.
