This hotel offers a convenient location near the airport which is just a short ride away by Dubai metro. In addition, there are numerous restaurants within walking distance and the metro makes it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and offer comfortable beds and luxurious bed linens. Additionally, the breakfasts are amazing and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

The hotel could benefit from some updates to the decor and furniture to make it feel more modern and inviting.

The food, prepared by Executive Chef Tamer El Sayed and his brigade, is not only tasty but also beautifully presented. The check-in process could be improved, as there is no assistance provided for carrying bags.

This hotel has an excellent location in JLT area, with easy access to the Metro and lovely views of the lakes. The staff are polite, helpful and attentive, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable with basic amenities, including a roomy bathroom and a balcony. The breakfast is included with food served till 11 pm.

No negative comments all was satisfactory.

Awesome complimentary breakfast and friendly staff! the view was breathtaking and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the room was well maintained and had everything in perfect working order.

The room was a bit smaller than expected, and the pool was a little too crowded for my liking.
