We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for those who want to visit the city center mall, and it's close to other amenities. The staff was very accommodating, especially Mr. Rashad who gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. The rooms were spacious and clean, complete with all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar and WiFi. We also took advantage of the on-site spa and wellness centre, which was a great way to unwind after a long day. we highly recommend this place!

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the variety of restaurants available in the hotel. It was a great option to have different cuisines to choose from without having to leave the premises. the hotel had a very convenient location, being close to both the beach and the city center. This allowed us to easily explore both areas without having to travel long distances. Another advantage that I enjoyed was the comfortable beds. After a long day of activities, it was a relief to come back to a cozy and relaxing bed.

There were a few aspects that I didn't like about my stay. the cleanliness of the rugs and corners in the room left much to be desired.

We were pleasantly surprised by two complementary facts offered: a bottle of wine in our room and unlimited access to the hotel's private beach. The location is optimal with a short walking distance to local shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The noise level in our room was a bit of a nuisance as we could hear the traffic from outside and noise from the hallway. our room had an unusual odor that persisted despite the air freshener we used.
