Utterly satisfied

i had a wonderful wedding at moevenpick grand al bustan! the location is super convenient, just a short walk from the airport. the breakfast was delicious, especially the pastries, and the service was top-notch, with friendly staff like ms. kim and yen making us feel so welcome. plus, the outdoor pool area was perfect for relaxing.

Try the soups at Makan restaurant. they're excellent and perfect for a cozy meal. The staff is very accommodating, enhancing the dining experience.

The location is fantastic, being central to major attractions, and the breakfast selection was delightful! ! The staff, especially Kim and Ruby, were accommodating and went the extra mile for special surprises.

The pool area had renovations causing disruptions, and the late-night music from the lobby was quite disturbing. No USB chargers were available, making it inconvenient to charge devices during my stay.

The card machine took three attempts at check-in!!! The room and bathroom badly need refurbishment, especially with a cracked bidet that looks dangerous!!! Water requests went unanswered, and we had to handle our luggage without assistance at checkout!!!

utterly dissapointing! I expected a serene stay, not a cacophony of screaming children and rude late-night brawlers. To make matters worse, I had no welcome gift or special treatment, despite paying a premium. The dark, depressing decor just added to the overall lack of charm. I almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't.

As soon as we walked in, Eliza's warm welcome put us at ease, and the complimentary upgrade was a delightful surprise! The spacious room was clean and elegantly maintained. Dinner at Makan was fantastic. the staff, especially Andrea, made us feel immensely valued during the bustling seafood night!

I loved the thoughtful welcome gift of cakes and fruits waiting at my door. The seamless help with my luggage from the staff. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect spots to unwind after a long day. Just a heads-up, the parking could be a little slow during peak hours, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed the Iftar buffet, especially the tasty Kunafa and Baklava made by Chef Anas. Ahmad alsayed's exceptional service enhanced my experience. Don't miss the outdoor seating during sunset. A must-visit for food lovers!

It was just a solid selection for a relaxing holiday in Dubai with good value for money. The seafood night at the restaurant was a highlight, with lots of delicious options that I really enjoyed. Make sure to check out the pool area for some nice relaxation time.

The temperature-controlled pool was the perfect spot to unwind, and we loved exploring the extensive spa treatments. The staff were super helpful. I'd recommend checking out the squash courts too. Book a stay here if you want a great time.

One downside was the slow service during busy times. The valet seemed understaffed, causing a bit of a wait for our car. I suggest planning to arrive early if you're in a rush.
